Our ingredients are meticulously selected to ensure the highest quality in every sip. From locally sourced fruits and herbs, mostly around Paphos area, to globally renowned spirits, each element is chosen with care to elevate your drinking experience.

Our creations draw inspiration from a diverse array of sources, from worldly travels to local flavors. Each drink tells a unique story, crafted with a blend of passion, innovation, and a whole bunch of loving what we do. Whether it's a classic cocktail with a modern twist or a completely original creation, our inspiration is limitless, making sure that every sip and bit is an adventure in itself.

the techniques

At Tipplers we use a variety of bar techniques to achieve our desirable end product. Ranging from everyday cooking methods to the search of varied processes through old and new books. Furthermore, the use of more sophisticated equipment plays a crucial role, giving us the ability to extract unique flavours, infusions, ageing or even the homogeneous mixing of different elements. After all there is no limit in creativity.

the purpose

Our objective is to constantly develop and build on the original idea of Mr Tippler. A cocktail bar that came into life to deliver a diverse bar experience to our hometown of Paphos and also to be renowned in Cyprus as well.
Creativity and innovation is the two key elements that keeps this bar driven like nothing else.
